The EWOB Board Readiness Program is designed to equip senior-level women with the practical tools and confidence required to secure board roles.

Across five sessions, participants gain strategic insights into board recruitment and governance while developing their board profile and unique value proposition. The curriculum features panel discussions with experienced speakers providing concrete advice, alongside interactive breakout sessions. A critical element of the program is collaborative peer-to-peer learning, fostering a network of women who support one another on the path to board leadership.

Join the next cohort to:

  • Get tactical preparation to jumpstart your journey to the board

  • Participate in 5 virtual workshops led by high-level practitioners

  • Become part of a supportive and international network of senior women leaders advocating for each other


Practical information:

  • 2 cohorts starting in Spring and Autumn each year

  • Duration: 3 months

  • In person graduation ceremony and celebration (optional)

  • Content: 5 virtual hands-on workshops with practitioners

  • Cost: 1450 EUR + VAT

Graduation and Networking Event | 2 December 2026, 1–9 PM CET – Bucharest, Romania at BCR
